Mission and Vision

“Humans are a varied and divergent bunch, with all manner of beliefs, values and ideas. We have struggled to find agreement on much of anything over the centuries (just think about how long we argued about gravity and whether the world is shaped like a pizza) but here is a completely noncontroversial statement I think we have consensus around: You, my dear, have a body. And should you desire to remain on this spinning rock hurtling through space, you will need a body to do it.”- Sonya Renee Taylor The Body Is Not An Apology

My mission:
is to support the embodying and embodiment of the soul; to support the healing journeys of all those on this human path. To foster hearing your inner-truth, your soul's messages through your body. My mission is to normalize emotional competency and maturation and to access tools for disrupting cycles of internal and external harm.

I believe in the power and magic that is within all beings; I believe all the challenges that stood and stand in our way are a chance to grieve deeper, feel more, see ourselves with greater clarity, take accountability and to allow more love in.
I believe in welcoming the darkness within the light, creating spaces where all aspects of a being are welcome, with strong and caring guidelines.

Body:
Through the body we are able to look out and look in.
Our bodies are the sacred bearers of our feelings, our thoughts and our pains.
Through the body we are in, we connect to the Earth, to this world.

Our bodies are the physical foundation of our magic and wisdom. They are not just the vessel; they are our expression and our existence, the point where spirit, soul, mind and breath journey together now.
Our bodies, like the earth, support all our weight and carry all our traumas. In a mind-dominant culture, there aren't many outlets to hear our body's truth. This work is a creating and allowing of space, time and support to listen and experience. By listening to our body and empowering our body's voice, we can begin to process physical, mental and emotional dis-ease. We begin to hear our truths, see our path and trust ourselves.

Through our bodies, we connect. Through our souls, we shine.

Trauma:
"is the response to a deeply distressing or disturbing event that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope, causes feelings of helplessness, diminishes their sense of self and their ability to feel the full range of emotions and experiences."
In my perspective, trauma is not an even or incident, but a response that existed/exists within one's body. Learning tools, increasing the capacity to feel sensations and emotions, inviting gentleness, and finding trust brings us into processing experiences that overwhelmed us before. On a nervous system level, the body can lead us through this process. On a soul level, this could be called the sacred wound. the darkness we turn away from when it is unbearable and only turn back to when some part of us knows we're ready. Working with trauma is a sacred experience that honors time, space, support and deep faith in one's ability to heal and show up in their purpose, with their gifts in heart.

Bigger Picture:
By supporting people's internal work, by holding the entire process in love, I believe people will see their gifts and the cages they are  trapped in.  Both and all the in-between are essential. I envision a world where we will acknowledge and take responsibility for our roles in our society and on earth. We will need help, help of the natives of Turtle Island, the Indigenous people, black, brown, trans, queer, dis-abled, neurologically divergent, and all those pushed out of a colonializing culture. We will have the bravery to ask for and receive help. We will have the courage to give up what doesn't work for the unknown. We will work through the colonialization of our minds and all the isms that exist within us. We will work through the beliefs that create and propagates the cycles of oppression.
We will shift from a "me" culture to a "we" culture.
We will honor this earth that gives unconditionally.
We will honor our teachers in all their forms, human and non human.

To weave ceremony, ritual forward into our everyday lives. To bring together a coalition of ritual facilitators and interested collaborators with the intention of weaving ceremony and ritual back/forward into our lives. Both as a form of honoring transitions and everyday life in connection with the divine. This organization is a stand for human growth, beyond the edges and limits one has reacher. A stand for collective and cultural growth. Growing in our souls, spirits and hearts.
This work is a recognition of the potential of all hearts on earth and of earth. The potential of our souls, spirits and relationships. A remembering of our togetherness with the earth and the spirit, and a remembering of the wisdom of relationship. No longer turning away from harm caused to this earth and her beings. Turning to taking accountability for the earth and her beings.
